Since its inception, Needo has added a unique flavor to Auckland’s food scene by offering wholesome, hearty, and generously portioned freshly-made pasta at affordable prices. Founded in 2013 as a food truck, Needo has since expanded to three locations in Auckland City, Needo Auckland university, Needo Commerical bay and now Needo Manawa Bay.

The name “Needo” combines “knead” and “dough,” reflecting their commitment to crafting pasta with love.

To promote sustainability, Needo serves its delicious dishes in eco-friendly paper bowls with bamboo cutlery, aiming to reduce plastic waste.
